Cancellations:
Please know that when booking any appointment at RWT, you are agreeing to be fully compliant with this 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule for any reason. This sets up the stylist for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another client inquiring. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice there will be a 100% service fee collected by invoice. Furthermore, if you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment, your slot may be forfeited due to tardiness and the same fee will be collected. We reserve the right to require a credit card be held on file to book future appointments.
We understand emergencies happen and ask that we be notified as soon as possible via phone call or text. (For the health of everyone, this is to include if you are sick and potentially contagious.)
We appreciate your understanding. This policy is in place to protect your time, and the time and livelihood of your stylist.
Modifications:
Any work done at RWT is guaranteed 10 days from the date of service. This means, that if something is not quite right, you have 10 days to reach out with any questions. This gives you enough time to play with your new look to make sure it is working for you. If you need a tweak, not a problem - we will happily find time to accommodate whatever is needed.
